Cable jackets and flex-reliefs are available in STERITHANE, silicone or STERILENE enhanced silicone cable jackets. STERITHANE jackets have superior crush and cut through resistance. STERILENE cable jackets add the benefit of superior cosmetics and ergonomics.

All assemblies are designed to withstand 500 STERIS cycles, 250 STERRAD cycles, EtO and CIDEX+. Assemblies with silicone or STERILENE cable jackets are designed to withstand over 1,000 autoclave cycles.

To support US or European standards, the entire cable assembly system including all printed circuits and connectors is designed for EMI/RFI containment with continuous end-to-end shielding.

Highly flexible and durable, BASIS Video cable assemblies have been tested to 250,000 cycles in destructive, flex/torque tests.
